how to use closure template in maven

I wan to use closure template to compile soy file to js file by maven dependency:

        <dependency>

            <groupId>com.google.template</groupId>

            <artifactId>soy</artifactId>

            <version>2017-02-01</version>

        </dependency>

And I found that no main class specified in the jar download by maven:  soy-2017-02-01.jar

Could any one tell me how to use it?
