Using idom KEY_ATTRIBUTE_NAME with ie_open_start/iattr?

Hello,

I'm using idom soy templates with `key` hints. Judging from GenIncrementalDomCodeVisitor.java simply adding a `key` attribute to the relevant element works for ie_open/elementOpen and ie_void/elementVoid style tags. However, when I attempt to use ie_open_start/elementOpenStart style tags, `key` is not inspected.

Is it currently possible to use `key` hints with ie_open_start? If not, any known work arounds?
