Unable to find the latest soyutils.js

Actually on the developers site of Closure Template, the link to download "soyutils.js" is out-of-dated.

Where can I found the latest version of soyutils.js please because I have to use it in my ecommerce web application.

This could help: there's an actively maintained Clojure-language soy library that has the latest soyutils.js:
