divide returning locale sensitive values ?

It seams the divide function returns locale sensitive values.

For example :
width: divide(BIG_MARGIN, 2);

returns 12,5 when BIG_MARGIN equals 25. I was expecting "12.5" for Chrome, no ?

The locale of my computer is fr_FR and I suspect it is related.
