Next release 2.3.14 ?

Hi,

The version of closure-linter available at http://closure-linter.googlecode.com/files/closure_linter-latest.tar.gz is 2.3.13.

And the version available on svn is 2.3.14 and the last change date is "2014-06-12 17:58:06 +0200 (Thu, 12 Jun 2014)"

The version 2.3.14 is useful to work with closure-library because the tag @package is supported for example.

Do you plan to release this version and create a package available at http://closure-linter.googlecode.com/files/closure_linter-latest.tar.gz ?
