Closure compiler web service and output charset

Hello everyone!
Thank you for your work on the Closure compiler and for exposing it as
a webservice.

I would like to make a small feature request -- to add an option to
the compiler REST API to set the output charset (or just make it UTF-8
by default, either would work).

Currently the WS inflates the size of the localization scripts by
encoding all unicode strings as \uXXXX
