(CLA help) Unable to view/submit corporate Contributor License Agreement

Hello,

I am trying to find the corporate Contributor License Agreement that I signed and cannot find it. When I attempted to submit a new CLA, I saw an error saying "It looks like you've already signed this CLA".

Steps I followed to sign first corporate CLA:
1) Added my work email (a non gmail domain) as an alternate email to my existing personal email.
2) Created a google group and tried to add my alternate email to the group, which resulted in the error: "1 email address is the primary, secondary, or alternate address of an existing member"
3) Signed the corporate CLA with my alternate work email as the primary point of contact

I understood the error from step 2 to mean that my alternate email was already associated with this group, which is why I signed the corporate CLA with my alternate work email.

Can anyone help me with this, or point me in the right direction? I've looked at the troubleshooting documentation
