Dear Debashis:
We are in receipt of your e-mail request for the meeting. I have discussed
with
others and it appears that everyone is very busy at this time, specially just
before the Durga Puja.
This is probably the busiest time of the year - Summer Picnics, Durga Puja,
Bijaya, Lakshmi Puja, Kali Puja, Dewali, Thanksgiving celebration, Christmas
celebration and then New year's celebration. On top of that, everyone has
office
parties for Christmas and New Year. All these will happen during the next few
months one after the other.
Before we meet with you, we have to have a meeting with our Committee Members
and also one or two meetings with the Members of Midwest Durga Puja committee
and the Member Organizations. After that, Pratichi will be ready to sit
with you
along with BCL and Sangam and discuss the issue of your willingness to
participate in the performance of Midwest Sarbojanin Durga Puja.
Debashis, everyone wants a long lasting solution, rather than a quick and
dirty
one. Therefore, after Kali Puja, once we meet and discuss this amongst
ourselves, we will notify you with a date for our meeting.
