Dear All,   I have attached the first draft of Satinath's invitation and contract. I followed Rupankar's contract for wording but did not make it exactly like that to serve KCBA's best interests.   Please review this letter and complete the time/amounts very carefully before you finalize and send it to Satinath or his agent.   Thanks, Debsankar
