memory allocation

Would it be easy to allow Clooj users to set command line arguments for the java call that launches the JVM? I'm interested in particular in telling it to allocate a huge amount of memory (e.g. 45GB). I know I can do this when I launch clojure via a call to java at a command line... it'd be nice to be able to do this when running code from Clooj too.
