new clooj version, 0.4.1

Hi Everyone,

I'm releasing a slight upgrade to clooj. This version has fullscreen
on Mac OS X Lion (thanks to Jonas De Vuyst) and also I believe I have
improved the REPL output pane, so it doesn't get hung up on long
outputs. For example, you can enter
(range)
and watch as integers flow by. Press Ctrl-R/Cmd-R to interrupt (kills
the REPL process and starts a new one).

I've also turned off the remote documentation for now, because it needs work.

Plenty more things to be fixed, but I hope this will be a slightly
more usable version than 0.4.0.
