clooj version 0.3.11

Hi Everyone,

clooj has now been upgraded so that the REPL will use clojure 1.4.0 by
default. You can always use whatever version of clojure you prefer, by
including it in the lib directory -- leiningen will take care of this
if you specify a clojure version in your project.clj file and type
"lein deps."
