A new problem just cropped up for me, making it impossible to get Clooj (0.3.11) to open an existing project. In the file dialog, selecting "open" (or double-clicking) with the project folder highlighted just opens that folder in the dialog, and "open" is greyed-out when I'm in the project folder with nothing inside of it highlighted. I can select and open the project.clj file but this adds the wrong thing to the Clooj project pane.
This is in Mac OS 10.7.5.
I suspect that this has to do with the Java version, because I recently installed the recommended Java update (recommended by Mac OS, that is) and hadn't noticed the problem previously. I'm a little confused about that, however, because the Java Control Panel says I'm now running "Java 7 Update 9," but running "java -version" in a terminal window says "1.6.0_37". I suppose that maybe there's still an old version on my path that my shell is seeing? But I would also guess that it's the new one that the OS runs when I launch Clooj by double-clicking on the standalone Jar.
Any insight into what's going on and/or help in fixing it would be greatly appreciated!
