https://www.cloog.org appears empty due to plain HTTP frame

Hi,

The home page www.cloog.org is accessible over HTTPS with a valid Let's Encrypt
certificate. However, it contains a plain HTTP frame
http://www.bastoul.net/cloog/index.php, which is blocked by modern browsers
from loading, so https://www.cloog.org appears blank. I checked and
www.bastoul.net is accessible over HTTPS too. Therefore, could you please
update the www.cloog.org page to use the proper protocol, that is, convert
http://www.bastoul.net/cloog/index.php to //www.bastoul.net/cloog/index.php ?
