cloog segfault with -f 0

Though the option -f 0 is not meaningful,

$ cloog -f 0 lu.pluto.cloog
[CLooG] INFO: 2 dimensions (over 6) are scalar.
Segmentation fault (core dumped)

$ cloog -v

valgrind shows

Forgot to attach input, but it can be reproduced with most .cloog's

$ cloog cloog-isl/test/uday_scalars.cloog
