No help for --file-list option

I've been playing around with CD and I've tried the following:

$ python clonedigger.py --file-list=`ls <some_dir>/*.py`

I've got a bunch of "file not found" errors and the traceback was
showing that CD is trying to treat lines of python code as files. By
looking at the source code it become clear that FILE_LIST means "a
file that contains a list of file names that must be processed by CD".
Unfortunately that's not obvious from the help.

That's true.

This option is used by the Eclipse plug-in developed during this Google Summer of Code.
