New ClojureScript tutorial based on AngularJS official Phonecat tutorial

A few months ago, I ported the code of the official AngularJS tutorial to ClojureScript + Reagent, and put it in a repository with diffs side by side.

I'm now pleased to annouce that I've actually ported the tutorial itself as well, which guides you step by step through building the application, with detailed explanation.
