Large public clojurescript websites

Hi,

I recently deployed a 100% cljs/cls site: organicinvestmentcooperative.com.au

I'm wondering if people can point me towards other clojurescript websites, or people or resources to help build commercial scale websites in clojurescript

Feels like there is a lot of potential here, but lack of front end libraries is causing more development work compared to more mainsteam technologies

I looked at organicinvestmentcooperative.com.au. and noticed that it loaded pretty slowly. Did you compiled your cljs code in :advanced mode ? (Nice site BTW).

About your question, what kind of frontend library would you like to be able to use from CLJS? I've always seen the Clojure(Script) ecosystem as one of the most versatile due to its easy interrop.
You could look at Re-Frame for a React based functional framework… But the list is so big I can't simply put it here. (https://github.com/Day8/re-frame)

There's also https://www.style.com/ : clojurescript, reagent, re-frame, secretary, plumatic/schema, transit among other libraries.

I've also found a dependency on devcards in the source. Looks like a very solid stack to me.

I've noticed that taxamo.com are using a fair bit of CLJS across their sites, though you need to have an account to see most of it.

Hi Marc

A bit of feedback. Your home page weighs 6.5Mb and takes 24seconds to
load. Latency between Australia and London will account for some of that
but not much. What seems to exacerbate the problem is that your page
makes 179 requests, 154 of which are Javascript files. Are you using
`lein cljsbuild`? This concatenates your .js files into a single app.js
file which will help you reduce latency.
