nongrata to move to compojure

All:

The initial version of nongrata [0] was created with noir, but
it's becoming really apparent that a reference implementation for
Persona on Clojure needs to use Compojure instead [1][2][3].

I'm not even sure that we need lib-noir [4]. Even though it
adds a lot of complexity I really like the ClojureScript features
(thanks Brian!).

I've been working on numerous updates -- including moving to
Clojure 1.5.1 -- and hope to have an updated checkin soon.

Fetch and Crate don't work with libnoir unfortunately. They didn't survive the move from webnoir to libnoir. This really sucks because using Fetch and Crate is pretty dreamy.

To maintain this dreamy development environment I think you'd have to port Fetch and Crate to libnoir.
