In the mean time, you should be able to restart the environment by going to your eclipse folder, open plugins/ccw.core_0.29.1.201411112017/ccw and add the following text as the very beginning of the file, before the (ns ...):

(require '[ccw.eclipse :as e])(deref (e/ui (import '[org.eclipse.jdt.ui PreferenceConstants])))

This will ensure the buggy import, which triggers JDT's class PreferenceConstants loading, will be executed from within the UI Thread.

A new 0.30.0 version will be released today.

It gets rid of this problem, as well as introduces other features, thus the version number bump.
