[ANN] Counterclockwise 0.24.2

Hello,

This is a bugfix release for Counterclockwise.

Since version 0.24.0 has been introduced, lots of feedback has been gathered.

This release addresses some of the issues that have been reported.

It also introduces 2 new Preferences related to the Leiningen Launcher.
