Jan meetup?

Hi Everyone,

As we approached the end of the year I wasn't able to attend any meetups, and I notice that not many people responded on the website that they were coming (I don't know how well this aligned with actual attendance). But now that we're into a more pedestrian time of the year I'm expecting that I can start attending more meetings again, and I'm hoping that others can as well. Are there plans for this month or next?

Sorry for the lack of communication! There have been a few shake-ups/
life events that have caused the last couple of months to go dark.

There's a scheduling problem with the date of the third Tuesday for
January, but we can schedule a meet up for the last Tuesday of this
month, the 29th. Sorry if that's a big difference to anyone.

I've been thinking of some changes we could make, including venue and
format, to be more flexible and code-oriented. I'll reply to the group
mail again tomorrow with more details.

Just announced the meetup via Meetup.com.

Next Tuesday, January 22nd, we''l hold the meetup at LivingSocial (1445 New York Ave. Washington DC, 20005) from 6-8. We'll actually start around 6:30, but if you want to come around earlier feel free :)
