Ruby on Rails similar functionality for auto-generating an API?

In Ruby on Rails, given an existing database, it is very easy to autogenerate much of the code needed to serve a simple RESTful API. Does the Clojure ecosystem have anything like that?

I’m not sure it’s a 100% match of what you want but https://coast.swlkr.com/ is a recent attempt at a full stack framework. Perhaps it will be useful.
