... a new path for language users to file tickets without needing an account.... We are also looking at a new process to obtain a contributor account and gain access to the system for commenting or other work. Stay tuned for more on that.
Issue comments are the best help I can offer (as a seasoned language user but a non-signatory to the contributor agreement), so I hope "contributor account" is a term used loosely!
