A project.clj with clojure.contrib:

(defproject foo "1.0.0-SNAPSHOT"
  :description "FIXME: write description"
  :dependencies [[org.clojure/clojure "1.2.1"]
                         [org.clojure/clojure-contrib "1.2.0"]])

To find libraries, search http://clojars.org

Documentation for lein is in the git repo on github:  https://github.com/technomancy/leiningen

All of the *.md files in the top level on that page are worth reading, starting with the tutorial:  https://github.com/technomancy/leiningen/blob/master/TUTORIAL.md

As of Leiningen 1.6.0-SNAPSHOT (not released yet) you can do "lein
search mylib" and it will pull down the lucene indices for all the
repositories you're configured for and search them.

In the mean time, you should probably start with "lein help tutorial".

From the clojure-contrib project on Github

"The contrib libraries have moved to individual repos under Clojure
org"

Leiningen isn't including contrib in the project.clj file anymore
because there's no need for it after v1.2.0.
