Tips on setting up cross-platform core.typed workflow

I'm currently working on a clj/cljs cross-platform web project.  I have squiggly clojure (https://github.com/clojure-emacs/squiggly-clojure) installed, but it's not always dependable, especially with cljc and cljs files.

What solutions have people come up with for quick and easy typechecking of namespaces in clj, cljc and cljs?
