Marginalia mojo needs Windows path handling fixes

It's only a 2 line change, but I can't contribute the code myself.

Will take a look at it this weekend - I've been a bit waylaid on OSS projects so far this year, but its a long weekend holiday that I'm unfortunately not going away for - so time to deal with these outstanding pull requests and make a new mini release.
