clojure.parallel has a missing implicit external dependency

Hi,


clojure.parallel is deprecated, so this probably doesn't qualify as a bug...

Clojure 1.9.0
user=> (require 'clojure.parallel)
CompilerException java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: jsr166y.forkjoin.ParallelArray, compiling:(clojure/parallel.clj:40:1) 
user=> 

The comment at the top of the file points out that you can get the jar if you want it.

I encountered this trying to generate documentation from the jar... not a regular use case.
