Locked out of JIRA

I was unable to login to JIRA (username gfredericks) 30 minutes ago (it said wrong password), so I tried the password reset. Twice I tried submitting the form and both times:

The password could not be changed by the credentials provider. com.atlassian.crowd.exception.ApplicationPermissionException: <html><head><title>Apache Tomcat/5.5.27 - Error report</title><style></style> </head><body><h1>HTTP Status 403 - Client with address "207.223.250.17", and hostname "dev_jira" is forbidden from making requests to the application, {2}.</h1><HR size="1" noshade="noshade"><p><b>type</b> Status report</p><p><b>message</b> <u>Client with address "207.223.250.17", and hostname "dev_jira" is forbidden from making requests to the application, {2}.</u></p><p><b>description</b> <u>Access to the specified resource (Client with address "207.223.250.17", and hostname "dev_jira" is forbidden from making requests to the application, {2}.) has been forbidden.</u></p><HR size="1" noshade="noshade"><h3>Apache Tomcat/5.5.27</h3></body></html>

I just tried am I'm also locked out after the DNS switchover.

I'm locked out too. My username is `kumarshantanu` and I got the following message:

b) I've worked with Contegix to resolve the problem

You may have heard about things like regression/integrated/acceptance tests, defect tracking, production support, SLAs, customer expectations, ...

Github covers only subsets of these things or none.

And guess what ? The ones not covered by github are the ones that matter in the real world.
