lein conjure new not work at all

I'm starting the tutorial of conjure. lein new hello_word, upgrade the
project.clj, then run lein deps which downloads some of jars into lib
dir.
but when do the lein conjure new to convert the normal lein project
hello_world to a conjure project, it failed for conjure is not a task.

It sounds like lein-conjure was not added to your :dev-dependencies in
your project.clj.

What version of Leiningen are you using, and can you post your project.clj?

I use leiningen 1.1.0, but the lein version display nil, why?

I sure the project.clj is exactly same as tutorial's, it's ok!

I don't see anything obvious. All of the jars seem to be in the right place.

Can you send me the command you're using, the directory you're running
it from and the error it displays?

Very thanks your replies!
The problem is resolved myself.
Because I have modified the lein.bat file with no any of .jars under
lib dir be added to the classpath, although all the jars conjure
needed is at the right place.
