Conjure 0.8.0 Release Candidate 2

I'm posted the Conjure 0.8.0 Release Candidate 2 to Clojars. After
creating the first release candidate I found out Drift did not work in
a Tomcat environment. In the process of fixing Drift, I pulled out
several utility files into a new library I'm calling Clojure Tools.
When you update Conjure, you should also get Clojure Tools and the new
version of Drift.
I'm still testing 0.8.0. Expect a new version soon, if I don't find
any more issues.
