Maven error "Missing artifact...clutch:jar"

I"m trying to get to grips with Maven so I can combine Clojure/Clutch and Vaadin as two modules of a project. But when I add to pom.xml the dependency shown on the Clutch website, m2Eclipse gives an error:

Missing artifact com.ashafa:clutch:jar:0.4.0-SNAPSHOT

I've attached my pom.xml.

You'll need to add http://clojars.org/repo/ as a snapshot-enabled repo in your pom.xml.  That is something that I should add to the README…
