Issues ready for work

If folks are interested in lending a hand with Clojars, I have marked
bugs and feature requests that are ready for implementation or further
discussion with the :ready tag[1] (currently 21 issues). The help you
could provide is contributing to the discussion on an issue, providing
pull requests, and helping review pull requests.

I've also tagged most of the :ready issues with :small, :medium, or
:large as a rough, highly-subjective estimate of the effort required.

This list of issues isn't closed - if there is a feature you would
like to see that's not on the list, create an issue and we'll discuss,
and I'll move issues into the :ready bucket as we go.

If you do intend to provide a PR, please add a comment to the relevant
issue stating such to prevent duplication of work.

If you need help setting up a Clojars dev environment, take a look at
the README[2]. There are now instructions on importing a repo with
more data and creating a search index, so if you've tried before, it's
gotten easier.
