overheat cause

Hi.

When I plug my clock-tamer to usb it's not detected by OS and is quickly overheating.
Could it be some sort of misconfiguration / know problem or it's just physically dead?

I also faced same situation when i first connected my clock tamer, and i came to know that it was dead. So I think your is also dead.
