Some may recall my concern earlier this month about the proposed changes in the Public Hearing requirements regarding HSCA implimentation. My concerns were reduced after a number of discussions with a DNREC official.
My concerns got re-magnified when I saw this at the Public Integrity Commission website:

In the search box put: SB 198 (McBride)
Look who was Lobbying this Bill!!!
Everything seems to point to this NOT being a DNREC Bill, but rather an industry Bill.
