Hey Heather & Mel,

I'm resending this cause it looks like I sent it from the wrong email before and it didn't go out.  So please act on this ASAP cause Patrick is asking about it and Julie is here for the next week and might be able to write the Check once we approve.

We have a new program sponsorship proposal from a nice guy named Patrick, he is in LA and got hold of us through my friend Jason who I've known from Santa Cruz..  Bellow the proposal is a brief Bio on Patrick.

You can vote directly on the proposal simply by replying to this email.  I a supportive consensus YES :).

If you have any questions about the proposal feel free to let me know or call me, also you can ask Patrick directly if you want to give him a call, he would love to hear from you: Patrick: 831-229-0399

Make sure you see the other emails I sent as well.

We Propose full fiscal sponsorship of the Jack Herrer Educational Program as part of the Community Life Network Inc. for receipt of tax deductible donations.  At any time this new program can spin off into its own non-profit organization.

Primary donation is already ready set up with Julie Lavine for about $5,000-7,000
Basic Budget info: solar panels, outreach materials, publishing, travel expenses
The full budget would have to be approved by the board once the money is received.

Program is in collaborations with Paticks Church he has set up which is a 508 non-profit.

Patricks bio:

Great talking with you Wednesday Jacob, I've visited the site and think we fit together very well.  I've been working as a ordained minister since 1998 with The Universal Life Church and The Modern Essene Church since 2002.  I have provided firsthand health and welfare resources to the Western Highlands of Guatemala from 1991 to 1999 and have continued to connect with other NPO to share my framework and spread progressive help to communities in need.

Since returning stateside I have been active in the Hemp movement, featured in HempOvations currently at Hemp.com and I delivered the first Cannabis lecture at The Healthfreedom Expo West this Spring 2013 in Longbeach CA.  I work with a dedicated, loosely woven collective of healers and activists to forward BioFuel and other alternative fuel knowledge, alternative health information and Hemp know-how to empower people in their quest to make a better world.

Please consider this the quickest summery I can muster...I can expand on any point if interested.  I have recently been offered a modest grant to continue my mission, I would be honored to be considered part of the LIFE Support Network and glad to share some of these resources with the larger org.

Please get back with me anytime.  Have a great weekend!
And visit my fanpage on FB for recent highlights of projects I've been involved in.

Hey Jay,

I support this program proposal. I just explored the website links and his FB profile, and I think it sounds like a good cause that the CLN can support.
