Hi Heather and Mel,

We have a new Grant Contract that has to be approved by the Board and to create minutes.  It is an old one, so we have already approved this same contract three years ago, and this is an other 3 year extension for $5,000 per year to the Digital Storytellers account.

I will be creating minutes based on email approval of the grant contract and terms.

Please respond with your approval, or if you have questions.

contract in the mail to you, I decided it would be more efficient to
