Moderation?

Seeing as this list got hit in the great google groups spam wave, I
was wondering if you would consider moderation for first time posters
in this group.

Over on the Compojure group, we have 5 moderators which means that a
legitimate new post is only ever held up for a matter of minutes at
the most.

I'm willing to help moderate, as I am sure many others here would as well.
