IN/Clojure 2020: Call for Volunteers for Conference day (15th Feb)

Good grief, the last post here was in late 2013!

Hopefully this is a good enough way to break the radio silence...

So, hello to anybody listening! :D

You've probably heard it over the Twitterverse and/or the WWW, that
IN/Clojure 2020 is happening in Pune on 14/15th Feb. If the news didn't
reach you, well, it has now!

Bozhidar Batsov will speak about the Future of Clojure Tooling, and a

wonderful mix of speakers is lining up, as we confirm talks.

I'm helping organize IN/Clojure 2020, and the team would like to

send out a call for volunteers to help out during the conference.

Usually people sign up to help, organically, at the conference itself.
One of us had the bright idea to put out a call in advance and see what
happens. So here it is:

We usually need 4 or 5 extra hands to help with lightweight tasks like:
- registrations and check-ins,
- mic-management for audience questions,
- help-desk
- ushers etc.

Note that we ensure each of us gets to participate fully in the sessions
of one's interest. Plus, volunteering is a great way to mix around and
get to know new people. We'll figure out the duty roster when we get
close to the conference date.

All volunteers will receive a complimentary ticket for Conference day
(Sat, 15th Feb). If you've already bought one, we'll refund it.
