[ANN] Quil 3.1.0 Release

Happy to announce Quil 3.1.0 release.

Quil is a Clojure/ClojureScript library for creating interactive drawings and animations.

The release available on clojars: https://clojars.org/quil.

List of all changes went to this release:

• New cljs functions. By @anthonygalea
  • :bolditalic support in text-style.
  • lights, shininess, light-falloff now work on cljs as well as clj.
• Added print-first-n and print-every-n-millisec functions for debugging. By @anthonygalea in #315.
• Fix support of :mouse-wheel in cljs. See #321.
• Updated dependencies on Processing to 3.5.3 and P5.js to 0.9.0.

Documentation on http://quil.info has been updated as well.
