lein help needed

Hi,

I am writing some scripts manipulating some files . Found this utility https://github.com/Raynes/fs lib , plugged "[me.raynes/fs "1.4.4"]" into my project.clj but ...getting this error:

user=> (use 'me.raynes.fs)

CompilerException java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: java.nio.file.Files, compiling:(me/raynes/fs.clj:1:1)

- it seems that jar contains just sources and lein cannot load the compiled bytecode. What possibly wrong I am doing here. (It used to work for any othr libraries before)

When I got back into Clojure a few months ago that was the first thing that tripped me up.

Nice blog!

I will not be able to make this Wed - kind of assumed we have one more week before and of the month and committed to something else on this Wed I cannot reschedule. I can be at Phx Lib  on Oct 1st though.

Have a lot of progress to report with regards to using Clojure on almost daily basis now. Moving from Scala to it feels exactly as switch from C++ to Python I did 10 years ago.

Haha, good to hear.  I have my Javascript Workshop on Oct 1, so that day won't work for me.  I'd be happy to meet another day though, or maybe we could do a google hangout.

Charlie, would you still like to meet or should I let the library know we won't be there?

Will need to let the library know that we won’t be there. I’ve got an appt scheduled for the 24th, unfortunately. Kind of snuck up. I also thought we had another week to go.
