base web app noir-auth-app now uses Enlive

Hello,

I've refactored all the views of noir-auth-app, the base app for
websites requiring authentication that I released some months ago, to
use Enlive instead of Hiccup.

I think this way it can be useful in many more situations, where the
front-end and the back-end are built by different people (which are
probably most of the cases).

Hi there,

just a heads up to let you know that I completed moving to Compojure + lib-noir, replaced fetch (which depends on the old Noir) with shoreleave-remote, and updated to the latest libraries
