A line "|" keeps showing up

Hello,

I keep getting the   |   character after each of my lines. Is this normal? If not, what might be causing it?

For example, after giving an (assert) I see:

<Fact-6>|
CLIPS> (run)|

It's not normal. Which version of CLIPS are you using and what
environment are you running it in?

I am running CLIPS 6.22 in Windows.

I downloaded the new 6.3 beta, and I am no longer getting the |
