[ANN] Protege based CLIPS IDE

Dear CLIPS users and team!

published Protege based CLIPS Integrated Development Environment.

With it you can develop CLIPS programs visually and create a model of your application domain with ontological object-oriented approach of Protege for frames. Also you can use all power of Clojure language for knowledge processing.

Congrats on this release! I had not heard of Protege Project before, but it seems like a powerful interface for navigating a clips env. Time for me to learn clojure 😅
