Trying to login to Kohls Credit Card Website...

Any idea on how to create a direct login for this site:
https://credit.kohls.com/psp/zcprod02/KC/CRM/c/RB_SELF_SERVICE.RX_LOGIN.GBL

I tried just loading the frame into firefox which let the bookmarklet
popup some javascript, but resulting directlogin doesn't seem to work.
