All cards disappeared from the account

Hello, I have been using Clipperz for a long time. Recently, upon logging in, all the cards have disappeared. It says there are 10 recent cards, but nothing shows up. Has anyone encountered a similar problem?

Hello Nikolai,

this is utterly weird.

The only other time when we had a similar report the user happened to have two distinct accounts with the same username and similar passwords.

From time to time they were typing in the "wrong" password and content of their account seemed to be gone.

Is this an option also for your case, or is this something different?

Having two similar behaviour so close seems to point to something on our end. :(

No idea on what it may be, though.
