Cannot open card

Hello,

I created a card recently (about 3 weeks ago) which cannot be opened. When I click on it the wheel starts to spinning but the card does not open.
I didn't encounter this problem with any other card created before or after the creation of this specific card.
I tried it with Chrome and Edge with the same results.

The card contains important information that I didn't record anywhere else.

OS: Windows 10 Pro, Build 19045.5965
Browser (Chrome): 138.0.7204.97 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Browser (Edge): 138.0.3351.65 (Official build) (64-bit)

Hello Zsolt,

I am sorry for the trouble you are having with your Clipperz account.
The only way we could try to help you, is to restore a snapshot of the
DB close to when you have created the card, hoping its content was not
corrupted on the first write.

Unfortunately, lately we are having some issues with our
infrastructure, and we are not able to spin out new instances of the
application.
We are trying to fix this problem, but we have been having recurrent
issues in the last couple of months.

Please identify the date that would have the best chances of letting
you recover your card content, and we'll let you know when we may be
able to instantiate the snapshot instance for your.

we have managed to restore a snapshot at the date close to the one you
had reported:
- https://2025-06-19.snapshot.clipperz.is/app/

You should be able to access your account (with the credentials valid
at that time) and try to access the broken card.
Use this snapshot instance just to access your data, but do not store
any valuable information on it, as we are going to drop it once you
are done.
You may want to save an offline-copy of the data from the snapshot
instance, so they will be available to you even when this instance
will be dropped.

Please let us know when you have accessed your account, so that we can
free some resources.

Hello Giulio,

I was able to access my account in the snapshot and made an offline copy but the result is the same: I cannot open the card.
As I created my card on 16th or 17th of June, 2025 do you have a snapshot of 2025-06-18/17/16?
