It's frustrating to me (at least) that there still isn't a Wikipedia article on Clipperz. I just re-submitted one I created some years ago and we'll see if we can get approved by the volunteers that be. In the meantime, I'd like to update the article with recent references, if any, and the total number of users/subscribers to the service worldwide.

In preparation for my article, would someone please confirm that Clipperz "Bookmarklets" are still available? I may be missing something but I can't figure out how to get this going. I'm currently using Firefox on a Mac. Thanks in advance.

Sorry Todd for the very late response.

The Bookmarklet was a way to support the configuration of our "Direct
Login" feature that was a really nice option to login directly from
Clipperz into (almost) any random site.
This feature broke when websites started to adopt measures to avoid
"forged" requests, as this method was used not only by Clipperz really
useful Direct Login feature, but also by many security threads.

The number of website where this feature was still working shrank so
much, we eventually decided to completely remove the Direct Login
feature.
