Hello everybody,

Configuration :
Mac OS X 10.7.2
Firefox 9.0.1
Safari 5.1.2

Issue :
Failure on login with either beta or gamma version using Firefox

History :

A few months ago, I first login to my existing account with Safari.
Now, I want to come back to Firefox but I've got issue to login with
Firefox where as it's ok using Safari…

I tell you that because I wonder if the password is stock and
encrypted by Safari so Firefox can't
succeed.

Thanks in advance for helping.

Hello Christophe,

you probably have some Firefox extensions that badly interact with our
app, possibly NoScript.

A pristine Firefox instance should have no problem in logging into
Clipperz, regardless the browser used to create the account.

Hope this helps.

Regards,

Giulio Cesare

Thanks for your answer.

I tryed to login after desactivated all extensions (foxy proxy / Modify Headers / Adblock) but it did not solve the problem.

I solved it with a fresh install of Firefox (for readers : don't forget to save your Firefox Sync's "encryption key" !)

I think you're right : maybe the extension "Modify Headers" or Foxy proxy is involved in this issue.

By the way it works  !

Regards,
