Lost user name and password

I have gotten locked out of my account and don’t remember user name or password?

Hello Bob,

I am sorry for the trouble you are having, but we cannot provide any
support for lost/forgotten passwords.
We have designed the whole application NOT to be able to do so, as
doing otherwise would have opened a lot of options to break the
security model of the application itself.
